| Effecter Of What HE Intends |
"Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats.And He is the Forgiving, the Affectionate,Honorable Owner of the Throne, Effecter of what He intends."
وہی پہلی دفعہ پیدا کرتا ہے اور وہی دوبارہ( زندہ) کرے گا اور وہ بخشنے والا اور محبت کرنے والا ہےعرش کا مالک بڑی شان والاجو چاہتا ہے کر دیتا ہے
